The educated people that you talk about are nothing but whimp conformists, who've remembered everything and learnt nothing. They are incapable of taking an idea to it's roots, and deciding whether something is good or evil.

Science has many of such adherents. People who'll fix the data for a bit of extra government cash, whilst propagandising certain notions like global warming.(I've noticed they've been a bit quiet recently, what with all the snow).

Yes it is the so called educated people who have brought this country to its knees, and left the innocent at their mercy.
.... nothing but absolute drivel, you're talking round in circles CL and going from one flawed argument to the next.

Education, whether formal or not, allows us to draw from a wealth of accumulated knowledge and human endeavour. Without it we are nothing. I don't want people to agree with me but be able to present well thought out and valid arguments for their points of view.

It allows you to see past the public facade of the BNP to their root which is race based politics. If you don't think that's evil then you've got some pretty infamous bed fellows. However it also allows you to realise that, in an educated and enlightened society, they've also got the right to be heard.

You're happy to do that because you know from history that the far right has never flourished in Britain (Moseley was a figure of fun). You're confident that the more chances they get to present their message the flimsier their facade becomes (I had no problem with Mr Griffin being on Question Time as he hardly covered himself in glory).

That's not being a "whimp comformist" it's being incredibly brave and showing a lot of faith in your fellow man.
