I hope he has love, happiness and wealth.

To stare at him asleep late at night,
    So peaceful,beautiful and serene,
He could easily be bipolar that gives me a fright,
Whether he his or not remains to be seen.

Scared to he'd blame me and never want to talk,
He is everything i wished for and so much more,
He might not want to share with me even go a walk,
I just know i love him to my very core.

Tri, this is unbelievably moving. I bet your son will love you to bits and you will help him understand that the world is not a simple place, people are complicated but the most important thing is honesty and love and you'll give him that. I believe my dad had some kind of social autism, was very hard to deal with at times but I loved him and miss him a lot regardless.

    Re: Today's poet

    Why choose me ?.

And after all these lives i have suffered through,
I would give up all of them just to be with you,
If you were dying i'd beg god to take me,
So your beauty would be free,
And when my words have come to harm,
Just know that your love keeps me calm,
I feel such a disgrace have nowhere to hide my face,
Why love me in the first place,
I've never been good to you even though i'm always true,
Why should you keep with me instead of someone new,
I'm doing all i can just a flawed and tired guy,
I don't know what you see in me all i can do is try.

Thanks Hes. What tunes did you play during the jam session as i am interested in your music taste. Or was it completely freestyle.

4 and a half hours and about 4500ft, plodded round at steady pace cos i want to get out tomorrow and get my climbing up to 10000ft for the week.
I've got an OMM Kamleika smock and a pair of Inov8 Mistlite 130 pants (about £25) OMM do Kamleika pants, but there about £80. Never worn waterproof pants yet, luckily never been injured during a race.

we played all sorts but tonight we did some Radiohead, Snow Patrol, Bright Eyes, some of my mate's songs he wrote (he is a singer/songwriter and a poet), Nick Drake, Simon and Garfunkle and a few others. It is a strange old band. We rearrange the music and play it on instruments such as didgeridus, cello, sax, I play flute, guitars, keyboards, appalacian dulcimers, viola, drums, sitars etc etc

I have the zip up version of the OMM smock and the same pants. Wore the both when marshalling a race in floods and I was toasty and dry. Never worn the pants since.

It is only partly a reflection of my tastes as it is a democratoc seven piece band and so we play tunes that get the majority vote. I have very eclectic tastes though. (loved Jethro Tull but haven't listened to them for years)
