I did around 6 miles up my local hill today and ran like a loaded down mule.............??? Will try again in the morning, I can only put it down to a beasting on the bike on Sunday..............![]()

Steady state run - 1/2 track, 1/2 road
Distance - 10.6 miles
Time - 1hr 25 mins
Elevation gain - approx 1300ft
Conditions - light drizzle - pleasant with the cooling affect.

Same for us, Lovely night with some good naving over Bamford Moor, A last minute decision to go took via Stone Pillars, Bamford Edge, High Neb, Stone Circles and deep vallied wood over bog, tussock and marsh.
With the ever present late arrival of Ash chasing us round finally catching us as the first round was bought...
Guessing about 5-6 miles but distance wasn't important it was a great social event, only 16 out though as it was a last minute run
