Three miles threshold run followed by hill sprint session. Tuesday = speedwork - never my favourite!

    Belated entry for yesterday:

Steady state run - 1/2 track, 1/2 road

    Distance - 10.6 miles
    Time - 1hr 25 mins
    Elevation gain - approx 1300ft
Conditions - light drizzle - pleasant with the cooling affect.

Same for us, Lovely night with some good naving over Bamford Moor, A last minute decision to go took via Stone Pillars, Bamford Edge, High Neb, Stone Circles and deep vallied wood over bog, tussock and marsh.

With the ever present late arrival of Ash chasing us round finally catching us as the first round was bought...

Guessing about 5-6 miles but distance wasn't important it was a great social event, only 16 out though as it was a last minute run

Sounds great Ian. I was going to guess 5miles and 1000ft for us but what's it matter when you're having fun with your friends?
