I took well over 1000 pics today, probably catching most runners at some point and am pleased with the results. For more like the following you can find the set at:

Images still being added as I post but most are now up.

Any one else got sunburn? Even with lashings of suncream it appears I ve caught the sun.
Ears are burning too but that could be coming from else where...;o)
Thank you to all the marshalls & support out on the course today. Did find the going tough & was considering throwing in the towel at Ribblehead but then a few words of encouragement by Biara made me keep going & move my sorry rear. For some reason the climb up Whernside didn't seem too bad & even managed to overtake 1 or 2 people. Got round in 5 hrs, which was slightly disappointing but then as a few people said to me at the finish - at last years race I was walking around with a pot on with a ruptured achilles tendon.
Well done to Anna Lupton on being 1st lady - 2nd year running.
Anyone know how Jodg is - saw him receiving assistance coming of Pen-y-ghent-not sure what happened to him thereafter.
Amazing no of times running the race (43) achieved by 1 sprightly Vet
Some good action shots Ady - Thank you
excellent photos Ady.
However I think the new red shorts I bought (as per club kit guidelines) and which I had accidently boil washed the day before (don't ask) shrinking them were a mistake.
Also its amazing how a dry day can make everyone look so fresh even at the end of the race, a liberal coating of mud always adds to the completely knackered looking factor. Perhaps some shots of the scenes of carnage in the runners enclosure at the end would help convey the state many were in.

Very very disappointed (to put it politely) that I didn't get to run in this.
Well done to all who did and got round.
Well done to all.
Absolutely gutted, for the second year running I was unable to run this.
All going well until about Friday midnight when I realised a stomach bug had landed. The next 18 hours spent in bed or in the bathroom (what a nice subtle way of saying it). Last year too near to op, this year bug, next year I'll be there..bring it on.....c'monnnnnnnnnn.
