    The results/review are on the 'Holmfirth Harriers' site now;

I'm surprised how many 'DNFs' there were (thought I was the only one considering quitting, & everyone else was toughies!)

    Symptoms may include:
Pulse that feels rapid, racing, pounding, fluttering, or too slow
Pulse that feels regular or irregular
Sensation of feeling the heart beat (palpitations)
    Shortness of breath
    Confusion
    Dizziness, light-headedness
    Fainting
    Fatigue
I thought most of the others were just symptoms of fellrunning!

A bit unnerving that watching yourself run on camera. Had I known the camera was there at the finish I would have tried to look a little less desperate

Great route though and the route changes from when I last did it made it a lot better towards the end of the race. That last small hill was punching well above its weight by the time I dragged my tired legs to it

Good to see so many of you there though and that made up for it alittle.

    Hi There IDP,

I wondered where you were! Me & Mrs Hooker were waiting at the top of Laddow with young Willie from DPFR - I think he had a strimmer in his rucksack for some reason!!

Just make sure you get better, OK?

    Cheers,
    RH

At the bootom of laddow pete had about 5 seconds on lloyd and the hopes, then about 10 secs further back was karl, kay, pearce and the noo. By the top they were all within 5 secs of each other

I'm so glad he missed me, but then again, the film had probably run out by the time I got back!
(far too many pics though, as I'm trying to uncover my race number for the time-keepers)

Do you mean the one on Cartworth Moor Road (on the unmade section before turning left into finish), or that damned wall covered in Ferns above (is it?) Riding Wood?
