I have lost about 1lb.
One poxy 1lb. :sneaky:
And even that changes throughout the day (although I have weighed myself in the mornings every time so should be fairly consistent).
Having said that, this mornings run was the best so far since I have started back again, and a week of no alcohol feels great(Only 3 more weeks til RETOX
).

I am not yet getting enough training in but have gone TT and Choc free for 8 days and 4lb's had gone this morning.
I appear to have a bit more to lose than you so the start will be easy and the fitness is the tough bit.
Wanted to race tomorrow but royal mail have not delivered and so I am now taking the lads to their football games, while Mrs S does 20m with Longdogs.
