    Nice 9 miler in the sunshine and glorious blue sky...was fairly windy along the cliff tops though...1hr 14mins...not bad for me, off the back of Trollers on Sat :thumbup:

    22.5 miles and 5800ft ascent, very steady pace and very windy but a good run out

    Thats some fair climb Shaunaneto, is that just normal for you or are you training for something ?

    It seems to be normal, not really training for anything specific other than a lot of big days out in the Highlands. Hopefully due for a Tranter in May, so need to rack up the climbing for that!

    Should be quite a big week, due for about 60 miles and 15-17000ft ascent, fortunately jelly babies are buy one get one free at the moment

    Fair play, I need to get on Pendle more so I can get some more climbing in, not sure I could match 15-17000ft yet though!

    Didn't get out today, but 3 sessions yesterday. Work and back on the bike, 21km and 250m climb each way in 45min each, followed by evening race of a bit over 7km and a decent hill in 31.21.

    7 Mile road/trail, was nice and sunny when I set off so I thought quick run no need for a jacket, but half way through is started to hailstone the only time I leave my montane jacket at home and it hails glad it only lasted 15 mins!!!

    15 mins for a 7 mile run,pretty good going!!
