22.5 miles and 5800ft ascent, very steady pace and very windy but a good run out
It seems to be normal, not really training for anything specific other than a lot of big days out in the Highlands. Hopefully due for a Tranter in May, so need to rack up the climbing for that!
Should be quite a big week, due for about 60 miles and 15-17000ft ascent, fortunately jelly babies are buy one get one free at the moment

Didn't get out today, but 3 sessions yesterday. Work and back on the bike, 21km and 250m climb each way in 45min each, followed by evening race of a bit over 7km and a decent hill in 31.21.
7 Mile road/trail, was nice and sunny when I set off so I thought quick run no need for a jacket, but half way through is started to hailstone the only time I leave my montane jacket at home and it hails glad it only lasted 15 mins!!!
