Shhh, Dazzler, I am trying to lead a quiet, innocent and blameless life. Not sure I recall ever having a harem...........

oh and just an hour with the dog in the rain on the mountain bike is all I can report from a cycling perspective!

    Re: Todays Bike Ride

    Oh yes, static shocks!

I got caught out by light or lack thereoff because of working later than hoped for, so my two hours hard with hills became one hour not quite so hard, with hills Finished at the chippy though, but after having had my chips, still had to climb a decent one to get back into my valley. Always hard on a full stomach with cafe legs... Lovely sunny evening though and now it is raining, so maybe I should have gone on, did fit lights to the bike! I have just bought an Exposure Strada for the looming dark nights, but am still too nervous to go out on my own, let alone in the dark... Keep thinking I am going to be hit from behind again and this time I won't sprain and whiplash my neck, I will break it and I will be paralised... I know, horrid thoughts to have, it is called post traumatic stress I believe
