Was on Maximuscle Progain* before and after yesterday's sesh. Reckon it's just because I'm normally limited to bodyweight exercises, so don't get to play with the heavier stuff, or I don't get the variety like I did yesterday. I normally get it the first couple of times back into training before my body gets used to it. I even get DOMS on my first 3 miler after injury; or, once running regularly, after my first venture into the hills.

A week or so tops and everything'll be reet: just a nice tight feeling in the parts worked.
