    Joined my missus' gym yesterday now my work patterns are settling down a bit: should be able to get in there early mornings and weekends. Got a real beaut' of a sesh planned for after my induction later on this afternoon!

    I hope it includes numerous compound movements including squats and deadlifts.

    Had to miss out a couple of exercises as time was a ticking on. Felt good though, and the DOMS today are pleasant. By tomorrow, they'll be exquisite!!

    Get some BCAA+ from myprotein.com take 3 30 minutes before your workout and 3 after your workout with a protein shake and DOMS will be a thing of the past.

    Was on Maximuscle Progain* before and after yesterday's sesh. Reckon it's just because I'm normally limited to bodyweight exercises, so don't get to play with the heavier stuff, or I don't get the variety like I did yesterday. I normally get it the first couple of times back into training before my body gets used to it. I even get DOMS on my first 3 miler after injury; or, once running regularly, after my first venture into the hills.

    A week or so tops and everything'll be reet: just a nice tight feeling in the parts worked.

    That maximuscle stuff is a bit on the expensive side. Give myprotein a go when you run out. Great products and great service. Workout looks good SS, probably wise to start on a low weight for the deadlifts like you have so you don't risk a back injury. Stick 3 sets of bulgarian split squats in there if you want another killer exercise. Also worth checking out Chad Waterburys workouts.

    Aye, form beats vanity every time. Will have a look at Myprotein. In all honesty, I only ever get Maximuscle when it's on sale. Will YouTube search those other exercises, cheers
