DQ the cheats

Interesting - I was not aware of that. What the DQ for not having required item(s) at all, or for a technical offense (eg, having a pertex when he should have had a fully waterproof, or not having a hood, etc)?

He was not carrying anything (no kit, map,...). He has been banned for 6 months (there was some leniency which will appear in the report). I will arrange for the Disc. Comm. finding to be placed on the main FRA website. It will, of course, appear in the next Fellrunner, sanctions for registered runners are also reported to UKA.
