Is that an up & over? Into pull up then kinda reverse clean & jerk type move so your arms holding your body straight above the bar? Used to do them on local swingset on my runs. Can't really do in gym: pull up bar under low ceiling. I tend to do mine on the square tubing of the cross-cable machine, which doesn't lend itself to rotating the grip round the bar.

In all honesty, over by the weights there was me and one other pair properly working out out of about 18-20.
