Sounds like a really decent gym you've found there. I make best use of mine but it does miss some crucial bits of kit: no TRX straps, no tractor tyres... Nice tho', got a country club feel to it. Had to rethink my plan as was very busy with the after work posing crowd. Few large groups of lads stood around talking and feeling up their pecsIn all honesty, over by the weights there was me and one other pair properly working out out of about 18-20.
No pain no gain; feel the burn; grrr; etc. Seriously tho', a body full of DOMS is a good indication of a proper all over workout. Another 2 or 3 sessions and that will probably go from pain to a reassuring taut feeling. Stick with it!
Anyways, I've now got an inexplicable hankering for a brew...![]()
