7 miles, up the Wessenden valley to the Sheep fold at Shiny Brook Clough and back. 900 ft ups and downs in 1:03. Nice.

4.5 miles last night and felt exhausted pretty much from the word go. Knew it was a mistake to become a Master!

Maybe overdoing it or maybe good confirmation that you're pushing yourself a bit. Either way, they felt like heavy legs.

Leicester is notoriously mountainous so a short five is a decent outing. There's probably nothing wrong with you that another eight or nine thousand posts won't sort out :closed:

A gentle 6 miles. Felt good. No bother from my feet, so after a gentle 4 miles on Tuesday and The Hebden on the weekend, looks like I'm back to fighting fit after suffering after the Rosedale. Brilliant.

No it's a long day out in wild terrain and as such wantto enjoy it, everytime we've planned to do it we've had downpours and gales with clag down to 500ft, blizzards, floods, driving rain so we don't mention it by name anymore in the hope of sneaking up on it....!
