I saw the article a while ago and realised I was heavier than average, which was very depressing! It was good though because it made me confront the hard truth of what you need to weigh to be a good runner.
I was on holiday last week and I couldn't resist weighing myself when I saw a fancy set of scales in my hotel room. Turns out the High Peak Marathon and associated long races has been good for weight loss.
I'm well below average for my height now, but I've got a few kgs to go before I'm at 10% even then I think I could lose a bit more and not look emaciated.
no change for me - stuck at 81kg (although my "remaining" wasn't updated last time - should be 3kg)
I have renewed resolve though, and am determined to see a downturn next time![]()
forgot to weigh myself this morning il do it tomorrow am.
Weighed myself today & I'm now 71.5kg  Under 70kg is within my grasp
Having started the year at 92kg I'm now down to 81.5kg. Aiming for 77kg.
Updated and Pilgrim you are now being watched!
No change again for me. Though still not motivated so hardly a surprise.
