Just back from a 6 hour training run. Most of it spent up to my waist in the upper reaches of a raging river Towy . The rest of it sinking in bogs or flat on my face in tussock grass.
Had a lovely night, all on my own in the wilds - did i mention it was raining as well .
Hot bath and bed now ........ where is everyone?
