She's up here in Yorkshire Han.
We take good care of her, we are looking after Pedwar in a couple of weeks when she's off running in abroard. Ernie still likes being with his big mate.

    A BIG well done Helen.
2nd and England gold is a great effort.

    What happened to Andi (Roadrunner)?

And I'm assuming Tom Adams didn't start for England either?

    Re: Snowdon

Congratulations to everyone who ran yesterday, I stopped to check on a fellow runner who fell in front of me (took a nasty tumble but told me he was ok just that he'd cramped up and wasn't getting up in hurry) a couple of walkers came to help quickly and so I carried on (at the fallers request). I was just wondering how he was afterwards? I have looked through the pics and as far as I remeber it looks like Chris Davies from Saddleworth Runners club. Anyone on here know how he was afterwards?

I was spectating above Hebron Gate - he was about fourth, coming up, not looking too happy, then as I walked up further, I saw him jogging down, I believe he went up as far as the Halfway House and called it a day .

Anyone know where the four Kenyans were ? ( in an airport somewhere ?! )

What time did Murray do ? - he was moving very nicely on the descent .
edit : found the results - 1:05 - excellent time
Good effort by Noel Craine to do a 1:24 too ...

Thanks Careful Now - I saw photos from early on with Andi in so I guessed all was not well.

Superb as always, didn't think there was any trouble either.. great police presence made a difference. The local support on the hill and the Vic is brilliant. Tough conditions, warm but hurt more than it should have I think due to the poor summer so far.. took a minute off my pb so nice enough.. aye Craino keeps improving year on year..

Yep Excellent event, my first time (and also my first time in the Wrexham AC vest) and I thought it was brilliant. Managed 1:47, exactly the same as my two recce's, but struggled with cramp on the way down which I suspect was heat-related.

There was a minor scuffle brewing in the hotel gardens as I was leaving at about 4-30, but I think it was sun / alcohol / handbags more than anything else. I was a second too late with the camera to capture your fall!
