Did about 26 miles of it last Thursday in an old pair of Talons and my feet are still complaining. Lots of hard trail on this one.

Apologies kids - I'm afraid I've had to pull out of the race - tight calf muscle, pulled hamstring - the hobble would quite literally be a hobble for me. Was looking forward to seeing a bumper turn out of forumites - enjoy the day y'all.

It would appear that the sweeper had not read the route description properly! The Google map finish does not match the description. Yiannis

Talking off suited and booted - due to having a much better offer elswhere I will not be carparking in my customary attire this year , however Brett has assured me he will personally ensure that standards are kept up and that at the very least all marshalls will wear miniskirts and boob tubes.

He himself is having curlers in his arse hair and a wax in a sensitive area to ensure his outfitted is presented in the best light.

please let me know if he does not keep to his word.
