    agree, its a great route
I was out earlier in the day - it was claggy in the morning, and I was only the 3rd car in the Surprise View car-park, but when I got back around 1pm in the sunshine it was like Karno's Picnic!

Daz. That might have been me. Did we pass each other coming off of Burbage before crossing river and starting up Higger.

The forecast for the weekend looks bad!

that's the one! and it's OK, you can say that you overtook me!

anyway [Imminent Excuse Alert!] I was dithering because I was just about to take a slight diversion from the TT route: I went up to Upper Burbage Bridge car-park then timed it via Higger Tor down to Toad's Mouth, because that is a route choice of a section of the Long Tour Of Bradwell race and I wanted to see how long it took to go that way [Excuse Ends.]

my New Year Resolution is to do more "new-to-me" races - I like the extra buzz that you don't get when doing repeat runnings of "comfy old favourite" races, so really looking forward to this now...

Please refer to new rule #54(b) before engaging in such excessive behaviour.

Are the organisers accepting transfers of entries among friends?

Correct me if I'm wrong but it's my understanding that rule #54(b) only applies to visible smiles on face.
Given that the weather on Sunday is going to be somewhat damp I was assuming that my brand new, fully waterproof, one piece running pajama will cover any such indiscretion?

Given the forecast for tomorrow, what's the chance of the bad weather course being used do people think?
