The bonus of Rydal is the Lakeland sportsday and you can also run the bofra race a couple of hours after Rydal race....admittingly on very heavy legs. That sounds cracking that. Will have to look into it. Although i'm so limited to days off at work with holidays i've booked i may struggle. Are you on coniston? Are you going over to ireland?
