My missus Helen did her BGR exactly a year ago. She wrote an account of it at the time, but being a modest lass decided to keep it to herself. We were just crossing Little Narrowcove on the OCT last Saturday (not in the best conditions I have to say) and were discussing her BGR and how time flies.
