Spot on. But there are a lot of people who didn't know. The nastiness around this morning is quite saddening. But for what it's worth a few points.
The markets dropping have been accepted by all. The drop today is greatly exaggerated because they rose yesterday anticipating a Remain vote.
It's also the type of market where the speculators come in and out to take a quick profit.
It will settle down.
Cameron - a few weeks ago he said he would invoke Article 50 immediately following a Brexit vote. That would have been reckless.
He's stepped back from that.
Very misleading though.
Romano Prodi - this morning said it was a shame that the EUs strongest armed forces had now left before they had established the European Armed force.
Interesting comment I thought.
