Cheers Andy, it's always good to see you out and about.

I remember doing Arnside Knott in 2012 and you asked me how many races I'd done so far that year.

At the time I was on about 90 and you encouraged me to go for the 100 in the year...finished the year on 101.

So here we are 5 years on and I'm currently into my 5th consecutive year of 100 plus races.

Current total over the last 5 years is 546....of which 512 have been fell races. Hopefully I'll squeeze a few more in before the year ends.

In summary: my racing obsession is partly your doing...beltin.
