Actually that's a thought, I wonder how the "scotland's minimum price of alcohol" is going? Suppose there is loads of smuggling from England.

Ireland's minimum price of alcohol law is on hold, untial N.I gets it parliment back so that they can sync the law in the two countries, otherwise it would be yet another item for the gangs/terrorists groups to make money from.
