Last 15 sets, on toes, weighted - 5 kg - both arms, diamond:
4 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 2 - 2.
I did try a left arm on knees press-up - nope.
