Leg 3 CWR recce. 5 mile there and 5 mile back.
I still need to lose some weight. But I enjoyed my morning.![]()
well after being at work from yesterday dinner till 4.00 today , just done ten miles to wollaton park and back
sod it im off for a beer , my feet are killing me
Tracey's birthday today so we did 5.25 mile on the roads this morning. My first run on the roads in 3-4 weeks and her 4th road run this week. Hip is feeling good now the XC running this week has helped me a lot.

After two nights of eating and drinking too much - managed last place in the club run over Stile End and Barrow this morning. Mince pie and coffee 20 mins beforehand certainly help make it a productive punishment run - sorry is that too much detail?![]()
