15 miles steady round Mossley and Saddleworth, great weather for running
Crowden to the Snake and back to recce those short cuts in thick fog. very cold up there and still plenty of snow.
10 miles and 2,000ft.
2 other runners about today but never saw them at least one followed my route for a while in Walshes, Was it you...?
8 miles XC around Pex Hill and along the bridle ways and hill sides. Very wet and extremely muddy, but what a great evening for running. My best run for a few weeks.

Yesterday perhaps my best ever canal night run. From home, 20min jog, 25 min hard, 10min jog. Full moon is so incredibly helpful nobody needs a headtorch.
Went out again for a night run with Peniston up on to Bleaklow, cold but beautiful when the cloud cleared. About 5.5miles

almost enjoy running a bit again now - i will get there
4 mile round local park. Its coming cold.
