thanks for all the kind words. I had a fantastic support crew in 14hrs of crap weather. They never doubted me. Jon and Ant and lawrie were brilliant on the nav. not trying to be the oldest just trying to get round! Its the best thing I have done and the recces have been awesome. For the record I am 57!! Thanks to Andy for cheering me in. He will do it soon just bad luck. Talking of which I had some today coming off my bike and breaking my shoulder. At this age I should know better.
