Hi Graham you can run the long course, Mrs Stagger does every year as does Tea and Cake and one or two others but it's not a race so you won't get a "position" just a certificate with your time on it. there's usually about 10 runners on the long course

Which is why I generally ... and for the only time of the year .... get a top ten finish
