Edale Skyline Fell Race

If my Edale experiences are anything to go by being 'too warm' at the Edale Skyline is really unlikely . You're up on the ridge line all the flipping time and, if the winds blowing, its br-br-brassic.

Just reccied the second half it weren't right warm i can tell you!

I was out yesterday recceing a few last minute bits and bobs it was sunny but still b****y freezing

When I said too warm, I meant that I would usually wear a normal Helly if it's chilly and then add a jacket or a gillet if it was colder. I recce'd 2nd half a few weeks ago in a Helly with a montane featherlite windproof over the top and it was fine, even though my eyelashes and buff froze on the top near Jacobs ladder!
