Thanks to the organisers and all the marshalls for all their efforts in putting the event on.

I had a wretched day, having been ill all week. Severely tested my ability to keep going. Thanks to Derby Tup for some encouraging words as I was sat, in a bit of daze, on the pathside above Hollin Hall

Too much road and not enough grass/bogs for my liking anyway. Legs feel battered. Will still have to do it again next year to put in a decent time!
