Not an injury but my goodness I am aching in muscles I didn't know I had! Can't work out why???I always do a series of stretches post run.
Had an enforced week off after XOTF then have done only two treadmillsessions this week.... 8.5 and 5.5 milers.....so nothing out of the ordinary. But my legs, especially calves, thighs, back everything is suffering from muscle soreness. Could this be a sign new trainers are needed???
