Seriously, could be the cold weather, xmas excess, or a virus. I ached yesterday and i'd done nowt, been out today for a short trot and feel great, the body is a weird thing, well, mine is anyway![]()







I always do a series of stretches post run.
sessions this week.... 8.5 and 5.5 milers.....so nothing out of the ordinary. But my legs, especially calves, thighs, back everything is suffering from muscle soreness. Could this be a sign new trainers are needed???
