If your struggling to get one sorted let me know and i'm sure i can do a photocopy of mine. It's 2 sides of A4. One for each half. it's got some notes on it that i have made during my training runs.

Looking forward to the race.. As for the up down or round from GK i'm heading round as that's what i've recce'd... I will for next year though recce the up down as some hill training..
