So while you lot have been talking about Al's developing bike collection I've been out cycling this afternoon, bit damp and a serious wind. Did a bit of Bwich bashing from Treorchy end, serious head wind up the climb so no records broken on the way up, coming down a different story though, mid forties, thought I was going to take off!! Anyway, 45 miles at a reasonable 16.8 ave. More tomorrow, heavy training weekend, Mrs T in Spain, please don't mention the 45mph thing to anyone going to Spain. Thank you.
