Cannot take any credit for apple crumble . Only time I touch it is when it goes down my throat. There are just too many people in the process to mention them all but they all have to match Carole's exacting standards. Never knew you could talk so much about custard. It is great stuff though.
Alan I am listed as 45th - but I was actually 47th as Cath Lawson then Leanne Haugue finished in front of me. Thanks to both of them - to Cath for her knowledge of the route and friendly chat and Leanne for being generally bossy and shouting a lot in an encouraging manner.
