Being chased by dogs

My dog ate a two year old last night. .

Is this in some sense supposed to be funny?

Those of us who choose not to own dogs are reasonably entitled to expect NEVER to be molested by the livestock of those who have chosen otherwise.

i suggest that if and when you are next confronted by a growling unpleasant canine you simply do your best to kick it to death.
