    With just over a month to go how's everyone's training going? What times are people hoping for?

    I'm as unfit as I've ever been after a lazy winter and plan to panic-train over the next month in the hope of a sub 5. I've ran the last three races in a row in 4h40, 3h54 and 3h39.

    I haven't been up a hill since new years day and just had 2 weeks off, but apart from that I feel confident
