I have to agree with Brett, however, 63" is a good gear for undulating terrain
I'm trying to imagine what it feels like going down a long, reasonably straight downhill (like the one from Whittle Hill to Nanpantan and into Loughborough) on a 63" fixed gear. I can only think it would somewhat frustrating.
