The danger you are taking is to encourage exactly the opposite to what I think you want to achieve. An extreme position encourages people to react with the opposite extreme...and I'm suprised that this hasn't already happened.

As a new comer to the forum, basically, I suggest that comments that seem to be potentially offensive in tone, and excluding in practice make me less rather than more likely to hang around here.
At work I actively deal with this, because not hanging around is not an option. The 'no sense of humour' 'p.c. brigade' and 'you don't have to read it' defences are predictable.
I was pleased to see Balin voice what I was thinking, and am encouraged to see that some here can debate it seriously
