    We'll be having people racing up and down mountains soon at this rate, instead of just seeing if they can get to the top My training starts Monday too Al!

    It is - it's just a bit of fun - the list is there to motivate (shame?) you into action

    Just tried to see if i could up my highest....stomach muscles still arent talking to me and decided one was enough so i think ill wait till monday.

    C'mon you lot, your Fellrunner's, all your training should be outside with your final 100 test performed in ankle deep bogwater

    I don't know what they're called but my upper front chest muscles are killing me today Going to be a tough campaign for us non-gymnasium going types!

    Would that be your pecs then DT?

    I am just going to see if I can top yesterdays encourageing result... how long do we have to get to 100, I need to know, as I am following my own training programme...

    It just helps measure all our progress. We've already gained 12 extra between us.

    No shame involved either: fell runners aren't reknowned for their upper body strength. Which'll make it all the more impressive when we start topping out at 100!
